Our U19 Football & Education Programme provides a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional football club and represent Cheltenham Town in our full-time two year programme which can open doors and provide excellent pathways and opportunities.
What is the CTFC Football & Education Programme For?
We aim to provide a platform for late developers in the game to showcase their ability and have the chance to play at the same level as players who have been given scholarships at the club. Our programme helps players prepare for senior men's football whilst being able to represent the club in the Community & Education Football Alliance League (CEFA). We ensure we proivde aspiring young footballers with a high standard education at the All Saints Academy alongside their football.

As a player on the Football & Education Programme, you will be provided with coaching from experienced, fully qualified, full time staff who work within the academy at the club. Players will also have access to dedicated physio and performance analysis as well as dedicated Individual Development Plans. Players will also have the potential pathway to to training and playing opportunities with the clubs youth team/scholars.
